Shipping Policy

Order processing
All orders are processed within one business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delivery — United Kingdom
We ship to all mainland UK addresses via Royal Mail Next Day. A flat-rate shipping fee of £5.00 applies to all UK orders regardless of order size or value. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.
Delivery is typically the next business day from dispatch. Royal Mail Next Day is not a guaranteed next-day service. During busy periods or due to carrier disruption, delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days. Generational is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or by events outside our reasonable control.
International shipping
At present we ship to UK addresses only. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us to discuss options. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and may carry additional shipping costs and import duties payable by the recipient.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Electronic components and cables are packed with appropriate protective materials. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us with your order number. We will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail. Their investigation process takes up to 10 business days. Once an item is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Incorrect delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Generational is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch.
